This heavily eroded stone sign is located in the car park of Farmfoods, just outside Redcar Station.
I would love to hear any suggestions as to what it says, I can’t make out much more than ‘Wall’ at the bottom.

Does it say ‘No party wall’. I’ve seen a similar stone sign in Cheltenham

I think that this is a Party Wall (or No Party Wall) sign – there is one in Darlington crazily high up on a wall
there is a No Party Wall act and different definitions under UK law as to what
No Party Wall is.
